Our pension payroll service is highly automated and allows pensioner members to view payments easily online.

We currently provide fund accounting for over 700 schemes, equating to over £100 billion of pension scheme assets.

We provide a complete package of pension fund accounting for all scheme types, led by fully qualified accountants. Our finance team provide treasury and fund accounting services to help meet all statutory requirements.

Scheme secretarial

We have a team of expert pension consultants, who have over 250 years’ worth of combined experience, and engage with trustees to provide a full range of scheme secretarial services: trustee meetings, risk management, scheme operation, project management and record keeping.

Our partnership with e-Share also means you have access to intuitive, secure software to improve meetings, communications and easily access all scheme information online.

Pensions Admin software

HartLink is our proprietary administration software and a real differentiator in the market. It is used to administer the pension records of over 4 million occupational pension scheme members, making it one of the largest pension administration databases in the UK.

Development and maintenance is supported by our in-house IT team, which includes over 200 UK-based IT professionals.
