Employee relations

We provide a range of flexible service options from ad-hoc advisory support, to fully managed solutions with access to HR advisors both on site and remotely. Experienced and industry qualified Capita consultants are allocated to each organisation to facilitate the building of relationships and an understanding of local culture, to gain a holistic appreciation of employee relations requirements.

When issues arise, Capita has the capability, capacity and confidence to quickly resolve routine issues whilst also undertaking higher risk activity involving sensitive workplace matters such as grievance and disciplinary investigations, redundancy and absence or capability issues. We have experience in supporting management, carrying our independent workplace investigations, and managing disciplinary and grievance processes. We also have staff who are trained to provide workplace facilitation and mediation.

Capita provides a wide range of training interventions from ad-hoc support in specific areas though to design and implementation of learning and development strategies.
